FLORIDA MOBILE NOTARY ASSOCIATION™ & SERVICES, INC. has been in business since March, 2000 and is proud to be of service to the Florida Notaries Public and all those who seek their services. The purpose of FLORIDA MOBILE NOTARY ASSOCIATION™ & SERVICES, INC. is to provide an internet presence that meets the needs of our members, promotes our association and provides a central location for prospective clients (individuals and organizations) to find Florida Notaries Public who are willing to travel to their location to provide that service. Florida Mobile Notaries Public are different because "WE BRING OUR SERVICES TO YOU!™" Beside the regular notary public services we perform, we (as signing agents) also do remote document signings/loan closings for national lending institutions, and some our members provide fingerprinting services. Because Florida is one of the few states that allow notaries to solemize weddings, many of our members will provide this service as well.  Our Mission Our Mission is to provide legal, professional, and quality Notary Public services to individuals and/or companies, abiding by the State of Florida Statutes regulating notaries public and by adhering to the Code of Ethics of Florida Mobile Notary Association™ & Services, Inc., by taking our services to our clients. Every day in every community throughout Florida, thousands of people need to find a Notary Public to complete legal, personal and other documents. There is a tremendous need for notarizations, loan signings and fingerprinting at times and places other than during normal business hours at normal locations (banks, paralegal and real estate offices) because many people can't travel to the Notary Public office due to scheduling conflicts, disabilities, child care, working hours, or transportation problems. To meet this need, the FLORIDA MOBILE NOTARY ASSOCIATION™ & SERVICES (FLMNA™) awards the designations CERTIFIED FLORIDA MOBILE NOTARY PUBLIC™ (CFMNP). We qualify members based on their professionalism and range of services, designating them to serve the public as CFMNP's. ** Each FLMNA™ member has been through an extensive credentials check prior to CFMNP designation. ** CFMNP's travel to your home or office on your schedule. ** CFMNP's are experienced working with all types of documents, including REAL ESTATE, CORPORATE, PERSONAL, CUSTODY, TRUSTS, and POWER OF ATTORNEY. ** CFMNP's work with legal firms providing contract notary services to expedite litigation of all types, including class action, often traveling around Florida. ** Many CFMNP's also provide mobile fingerprinting and mobile loan signing services.  Each FLMNA™ member makes this statement: "I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, AND I MAY NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE OR ACCEPT FEES FOR LEGAL ADVICE." The designations "Certified Mobile Notary Public™" (CMNP) and "Mobile Loan Signing Specialist™" (MLSS) are presented by Florida Mobile Notary Association™ & Services, Inc.
