NOTICE - Purchasing of the ID Badges and Cards
The FLORIDA NOTARY PUBLIC ID badges and Cards are available to any and all valid commissioned Florida Notaries Public.
The CFMNP (Certified Florida Mobile Notary Public) Badges and Cards are available to any and all valid paid members with FULL MEMBERSHIP status with Florida Mobile Notary Association & Services, Inc. The CFMNP ID cards are FREE to these members. THE CFMNP Badges must be purchased. |
Florida Mobile Notary Association™ & Services,Inc. now offers two types of memberships to any and all Florida Notaries who are or wish to be considered "MOBILE".
FLMNA™ Limited Membership - Dues: $25.00 per year.
The "LIMITED MEMBERSHIP" is a listing of basic Florida Mobile Notary information (Name, Primary City, Primary County, Second Language, Contact Phone, and Fax Phone).
FLMNA™ Full Membership - Dues: $89.00 per (1) year or $197 per (3) three year.
If you are commissioned as a Notary Public by the State of Florida and meet the qualifications listed in "What is a CFMNP™?" (under Frequently Asked Questions - FAQ) and will adhere to the FLMNA™ Code of Ethics, we invite you to join us for the FLMNA™ Full Membership. For less than a quarter per day you will make yourself known to millions of potential clients via the Internet.
Here is what you receive as a FLMNA™ "Full" Member:
1.) Free web page listing your basic member information, plus a whole lot more (Check out a page by viewing the "FIND A MOBILE NOTARY", listed by City, County and/or Language);
2.) Free FLMNA™ E-Mail address - to keep your Notary mail separate from your other business/personal e-mail;
3.) Free access to our FLMNA™ INTRANET (FLMNA™-Yahoo Group) that has useful files, photos, databases, polls,and newsletters, etc.;
4.) Free FLMNA™ I.D. card to identify you to your clients;

We have many things we offer our FULL MEMBERS and are very happy to do so.
1. We PAY our FULL MEMBERS for REFFERALS that become FULL MEMBERS of our association just like them.
2. We offer FREE E-MAIL ADDRESSES so that the member can keep their notary/loan closing e-mail separate from their business or personal e-mail.
3. We offer FREE PHOTO I.D. CARDS when the members supplies us with a "passport" type photo, and that same photo is used on the web page we create for them so that people and businesses can put names and faces together when the notary comes to them for the requested service.
4. We list FINGERPRINTING SERVICES for those notaries who are able to do fingerprinting in addition to the normal listings we have for them - City, County, and Language. Although the Fingerprinting Service is not a requirement for Florida Notaries, many Florida Notaries Public offer this service in addition to the other notary services they offer.
5. We have a "INTRANET" for the member to take advantage of that contains files, photos, polls, newletters, and a database that helps them in their everyday notary and loan closing work.
This is what makes us different from the National and State organizations. Some of them may have some of these items, but none of them have ALL OF THESE ITEMS! If any of these organizations have any of these items, they started them after us, and as they say, "Imitation is the highest form of Flattery!"
In addition to what we offer to our FULL MEMBERS, the FULL MEMBER can purchase the CFMNP (CERTIFIED FLORIDA MOBILE NOTARY PUBLIC) BADGE. To all Florida Notaries Public the FLORIDA NOTARY BADGE and FLORIDA NOTARY I.D. CARD can be purchased. These items help identify them to the businesses and individuals they take their services to. These items are strickly for identification and are not to be be used illegally to identify themselves as law enforcement people.
No other organization offers these items (especially together) to help the MOBILE notary when they go out to deliver their services. People, in today's society, are relunctant to allow people into their homes or businesses without proper identification.
Florida Mobile Notary Association & Services, Inc. and Florida Mobile Notary Association, Inc. are Florida corporations that are here to help all Florida Notaries who are or wish to be considered MOBILE, and endeavor to give complete notarial services to the businesses and individuals who seek these services.
