After you complete the "Membership Form" and SUBMIT, you must select and process the payment option for your membership (1 year or the 3 year). Acceptance to FLMNA™ Membership must have the FORM and PAYMENT completed before FLMNA™ will start the processing.

Terms of the FLMNA� Membership Application Agreement

This application is between Florida Mobile Notary Association� & Services, Inc. (hereafter referred to as FLMNA�) and APPLICANT. The parties agree as follows:

1. FLMNA� is a voluntary association established to promote the sound practice of Mobile Notary Public responsibilities and to provide the public with educational information about Mobile Notaries Public.

2. Applicant hereby requests FLMNA� membership and CFMNP� designation. Only real persons commissioned as Florida Notaries Public can be FLMNA� members.

3. This agreement is only a membership application until such time when FLMNA� notifies applicant in writing that their application for membership has been approved. Membership shall commence on the date of acceptance.

4. Membership includes listings in FLMNA� Internet Directory of Mobile Notaries Public serving Florida (www.flmna.net) as follows:

a. 3 available city, community or county locations (subject to item 6 below);

b. AND all languages in which CFMNP� has fluency. (NOTE: Applicant must check WEB PAGE or call FLMNA� to verify location availability. CFMNP� may purchase additional available city and county locations for $20.00 each for term of membership by confirming with Florida Mobile Notary Association, Inc. in writing with attached check.)

5. All monies will be refunded if application for membership is not accepted.

6. FLMNA� will accept (1) CFMNP� per population of 50,000 persons per city �location� (unlimited for unincorporated community and county �locations�), except that each CFMNP� shall be entitled to be listed in the city where there mailing address is located regardless of how many other CFMNP� �s are listed in the same city. A city with 140,000 population qualifies for (3) CFMNP� �s and only resident CFMNP� �s will be added after the (3).

7. Upon acceptance into FLMNA�, applicant agrees to abide by the FLMNA� �Code of Ethics� and by the rules and regulations governing the conduct of persons commissioned as Notaries Public by the Florida Secretary of State.

8. Benefits of FLMNA� Membership may include (a) periodic FLMNA� membership, (b) designation as CFMNP� , (c) location listings per items 4 and 6, herein. (�Membership Only� fee includes items: (a), (b), and (c). �Membership� fee includes items: (a), (b), and (c).)

9. Membership in FLMNA� conveys no authority to perform Notary Public acts. The Office of the Secretary of State of the State of Florida administers authority for Notary Public acts.

10. Members may resign their designation and membership at any time by giving FLMNA� written notice at the then current mailing address of FLMNA�.

11. In the event of litigation to enforce this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal costs from the non-prevailing party.

12. This agreement is governed according to the laws of the State of Florida.
